Congratulations SJA Class of 2020!
Thank you for being a wonderful group of students to be examples for our younger ones here. We, too, wish the school year could have ended more normal than it did, but that does not change the impact you made on SJA as individuals and as a whole class. You sure knew how to have fun. But, you also knew what it meant to be an SJA Guardian, how to live out the Felician heritage, and how to fulfill our mission of educating life-long learners and problem solvers. I hope you take with you the spirit of St. Joseph, who is known as the protector of the church, or “a Guardian.”
May you always guard the lessons you learned here at SJA, both about academic and about life.
May you always guard the habits of mind you developed here at SJA, those that will help you succeed in high school
May you always guard the habits of heart you developed here at SJA, those that our Felician sisters set a daily example of and those that will help you continue to grow into the person God is creating you to be.
May you guard the time you spent here at SJA, cherish it, look back fondly on it with smiles, laughter, and love.
And, finally, may you guard the loving truth that you will always be family and are always welcomed back.
We hope to you see back here mentoring younger students and, maybe one day, teaching or leading SJA students as they learn to do all that you have learned to do.
May God bless and keep you and shine his loving grace upon you.
– Mr. Hanson, SJA Principal
