Financial Assistance

The St. Joseph Academy is committed to providing high-quality education to the low-income families of Milwaukee.

“Wherever there is a need…meet that need”

– Blessed AngelaFoundress of the Felician Sisters

Eligible elementary school parents can apply to the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program. Click for their website or contact the St. Joseph Academy office for more information.

Parents of younger children may be able to pay for a portion of their childcare expenses through the Wisconsin Works (W-2) program. Talk with our admissions coordinator, Sandra Navarette, at snavarrete@cdcsj.org or 414-645-5337, ext. 211 to learn more.

We also offer assistance through our Sr. Agnessine Scholarship Fund. Sr. Agnessine came to St. Joseph’s Home for Orphans as a young child in 1920, and joined the Felician Sisters in 1936. Sr. Agnessine served as a teacher and director at St. Joseph and exemplified the Sisters’ compassionate care for Milwaukee’s children.

These scholarships make it possible for many of our single-parent and low-income families to attend the St. Joseph Academy and we are honored to provide them in Sr. Agnessine’s memory.

Interested in applying for a Sr. Agnessine scholarship? Please contact our admissions coordinator, Sandra Navarette, at snavarrete@cdcsj.org or 414-645-5337, ext. 211 to learn more.
