How parents and partnerships are making a difference

Alverno College has sent their education students to participate in observation and student teaching.St. Joseph Academy relies heavily on the support of our parents and our community partners to create an exceptional learning environment for our children. Our community partners
Throughout our history, St. Joseph’s Academy has experienced a huge outpouring of caring and support from the Milwaukee community. Thank you for the many ways you sustain the mission of our school!

Area partners include:
Alverno College has sent their education students to participate in observation and student teaching.
Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee has a Community Learning Center at SJA.
Cardinal Stritch University has supported us with “day of caring” activities, monetary support and ongoing volunteering. Plus, we collaborate with their elementary education program to provide observation and teaching opportunities.
Catholic Heart Work Camp program sends teen students each year to handle painting and maintenance projects.
Marquette University students and staff make our health and dental programs possible.
MATC students have served as student teachers in our child development program.
Mobile Dental Smile Wisconsin offers free exams and cleaning for our students.
Prevent Blindness works with SJA to offer vision services for our children.
SHARP Literacy ensures our students have the reading and writing skills they need.
United Way Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County supports our ECEC and we partner for their Season of Caring.
UW Extension has provided excellent programs for our parents, staff and students on environmental topics and nutrition.
UW-Milwaukee Students assist in our Early Childcare Educational Center
Wisconsin Conservatory of Music provides music classes to both our Early Childcare Educational Center and School students.
